Chair Yoga is a blend of simple, yet inspiring stretches incorporating breathing techniques to help reduce stress and oxygenate your mind and body. Movement flow that helps strengthen your core, your spine, your muscles in your back and loosen tension in your neck, shoulders and head. A combination of upper and lower body movement without ever leaving your chair. Once your team has completed just the first Chair Yoga session, they will be able to take back skills and philosophies that they can incorporate into their day.
