Spadirect Presents our " Signature" Back Health Program called " BackFIT " for today's corporations who want to place the well-being of thier valued employees in the forefront of their success. Spinal health is imperative for a success flow of each and every business day. When one suffers from a back injury or muscle pain and fatigue, it cause them to slouch which contributes to a lack of oxygen flow, improper digestion and decreased mental clarity. Working in front of a computer for several hours each day is the leading cause of spinal and muscle discomfort. This can lead to chronic illness, headaches, migraines, carpal tunnel, weight gain and so much more.
What is BackFit?
BackFit is a program designed by Spadirect that teaches a powerful set of skills and experiences to empower your team to help themselves when they need it the most.
Our program can be a one time workshop, or a weekly or monthly visit. There are many segments to our program, therefore our experts will coordinate a time to meet with the HR director or any other wellness manager to ensure we create the ultimate " BackFit" program that is needed for your group.

Spinal Yoga
An integration of Chair and Restorative Yoga that will teach your team postures, movements and stretching all designed to ease discomfort in the back, neck and shoulders, longate the spine and improve posture dramatically.
Chair Massage or Table Massage
A team of Massage therapists to provide your team with expert advice and treatment to loosen tight muscles and help minimize chronic pain. A restorative way to heal and rejuvenate your muscles. Massage Therapy is covered by most Insurance plans.
Back Health Seminar
A workshop on how to incorporate changes in your lifestyle that will aid in your quest for optimal vitality and spinal wellness. Includes stretches, understanding your spine and muscles, alternative care treatment and pro-active approaches to back health.
Posture Training
Having a strong core , ( stomach muscles) is essential in providing your spine with the strength and stability it needs to have good posture. Our team of experts will provide you with exercises, tips, tricks and valuable education in order to assist you in your quest for the best posture that provides you with a healthy spine and a relaxed back.
